On a last second whim, we were invited up to Orcas Island in the San Juans this weekend by some friends. We had a great, relaxing, island style kind of weekend up there and are looking forward to getting back some time in the future.

I need to get myself out that way. I haven't really explored the islands yet but the pictures are so pretty.
Those are some great pictures. I've been up that way, but never knew of an Orcas Island. Now will have to make it a point to visit next time I am there.
I haven't been up to the San Juans yet, but I really want to -- the pictures are beautiful.
