Well #9 is definitely The Muppet Movie (or perhaps one of the sequels)... because that's Fozzie Bear's quote!
#13 sounds familiar... but #14 I have no idea.
Oh... I didn't understand the highlight thing... #13 is Steve Martin from L.A. Story. Still no idea about #14.
Excellent guessing. You are correct on both of them. And hopefully I have cleared up the confusion of the highlighting thing.
I suspect that last one is Secretary - but I don't remember the reference to potatoes and peas.
